Olivia Eade is a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) at the South County office of Heartland Hearing Care, where she has been helping patients improve their hearing for the past five years. With a strong background in communication disorders, Olivia has always been fascinated by the anatomy and physiology of the auditory system, which led her to pursue a career in audiology.
She earned her degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and began her career working in a hospital setting, where she tested newborns’ hearing. This experience deepened her passion for hearing healthcare and ultimately led her to focus on fitting and programming hearing aids for patients of all ages.
Originally from Pinckneyville, IL, Olivia now resides in Okawville, IL, where she has lived for the past two years. A proud mother of two boys, Xander and Zane, she balances her professional and family life with enthusiasm and dedication.
Olivia finds the most rewarding part of her work to be the joy on her patients’ faces when they experience improved hearing. She takes pride in knowing that her efforts make a meaningful difference in their lives, helping them reconnect with loved ones and the world around them.
